We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. However, if the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we are open to extending full refund or re-fulfilling your order.
Your purchase is eligible for return or exchange only if it meets the following conditions:
- An incorrect product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.
- If the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect.
All our products are handmade by artisans, one piece at a time, making each piece unique. Due to this process, a slight variation may occur between products, which is not regarded as a defect.
Given the nature of our products, we reserve sole discretion to provide resolution as we deem fit. Every return or exchange request is treated as an individual case. We are unable to offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.
If your purchase meets our return criteria stated above, please email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with the following information:
– Order number
– Delivery address
– Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item
Check the products carefully once you receive them and mention any tampering of the package, missing item or damage/ breakage on the delivery receipt presented by the courier partner.
We’d request you to ensure that the product is sent back to us in its original condition and packaging with its original documents including tags, order invoice etc.
We unfortunately will not be able to entertain emails or images sent over a 48 hours after delivery.
If there is a genuine defect in the product, we’re happy to exchange your product for a replacement within 7 working days after we receive the product at our warehouse, following an inspection & quality check.
EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
- Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit. Each return or exchange request is handled on a case by case basis and we request you to get in touch with our team for prompt resolution.
- Refunds will be issued in 7 days as in-store credit, valid for 1 month from the date of issue, for use on future purchases.
- Products bought online cannot be exchanged or returned in store.
- Before accepting delivery of any merchandise, please ensure that it is in good condition and has not been tampered with. In case you receive a package, which you believe was damaged in transit, please retain the original packaging (along with price tags, invoices, labels etc.) until we send someone from our team to review it. Additionally, please mention details about the damaged merchandise on the delivery receipt instead of signing it as ‘received’.
